I require a deposit for any development services. I'm sure you're honest and you'll pay me for the work I did, but a few bad apples do spoil the basket. We can discuss exactly how much that should be based on the size of your project. Once I've used your deposit funds, I'll ask you to buy some more hours.
While I will give an estimate on how many hours a project may take, I work by the hour, not the project.
If you have an existing site (complete or not), I prefer to copy your site and database into my development area. This keeps me out of your live site so crazy things can't happen. If you're purchasing ProductCart from me, then it will go straight into the development area.
When I have completed enough for you to review, I will move the development code out into my sandbox area (
http://www.nuclearsandbox.com) and you will be able to review it.

If you're ready to get started on your project, please do the following:
1) Create an account.
2) During registration, in the box provided, please tell me the following (where applicable):
* FTP Access Info (domain or IP address, username, password)
* ProductCart Admin Info (user number, password)
* If you're using SQL Server, a copy or backup of your database. If you're hosting somewhere, ask your ISP to place the copy/backup into the "/nucdb" directory.
What can you expect from me?
You can expect the professional services you're paying for! I treat every site as if it were mine and try to keep an eye on the small things so everything comes out better than you expected. Once the project is complete, I warranty my work forever. Of course, if it's a bug introduced by something outside of my control - say a server upgrade, or a bug in ProductCart (I doubt there are any), then i will assist in getting it fixed, but would expect to get paid for it.
