The redesign is done....

I've spent the last few weeks reorganizing my practice (why can't developers say that... doctor's do...and both professions require constant practice and education!) to a ProductCart centric business.  In doing so, I felt that to really represent my capabilities with ProductCart it would be most appropriate to redesign Nuclearsiloman.com using ProductCart's codebase.

 So this is what I've done.  Once getting into the design, many benefits of doing this surfaced.  The first was having a payment system built-in where existing and new customers could easily pay their bills.

 Second, thinking of  programming or package deals (software + services) as products, is much easier to convey to customers when presented in the form of "you pay this - you get that".

 I'll also soon be modifying my existing project management system and making it more of a bolt-on to ProductCart so customers can see the progress of their project and become more of a participant than a bystander.

 As time permits I'll also be working on some custom bolt-ons for ProductCart that will bring a lot of value add.
